Thank you for visiting my website. I’m Lydia Schonhals and I would love to support you to enhance your well being through yoga and meditation.

I teach weekly classes, which allow students to get out of their busy minds and into their bodies through breath and organic movement. My aim is to make yoga accessible to everyone and for my students to discover their own journey of yoga through mind and body.

With an emphasis on breathing techniques and meditation, I promote thoughtful and reflexive yoga to promote both physical and mental well-being.

Besides my regular schedule, I offer one on one sessions, specialized group bookings and massages.
